Italy was great!
I just got back from Italy. My girlfriend from college and I went to see what was all the fuss. If you could fall in love with a country we did. The abundance of art, food and people made it a fantastic experience. I returned to take one day to catch up on sleep and back to gigging. I would love to go back. Next time maybe we could plan a tour and play our way through Europe. Charlie has not approved this idea yet, but I can dream, right??? We are playing almost every weekend and several week days till the end of the year. We hope to see you there. Ciao, Candace

Summer is here!
Hi Everyone. Life is good and Super Shock is busy. Check out our schedule. I am planning a few fun vacations in between our busy schedule. I am still hosting the songwriters workshops and showcases with Songsalive once a month. Feel free to come by and check out some fabulous original talent. Happy Holidays!
It has been a while since I have written here. We are still going! We have lots of gigs coming up check out our event schedule. I have gone to LA a few times to network with people at different conferences. I have learned alot and hopefully we will benefit from some of this new knowledge. I have started the Songsalive Las Vegas Chapter and our first meeting will be Dec. 10th. So come on out for some original tunes and good coffee at Saxby's in Henderson. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Wow! What a great time we had. On Friday some familiar faces from the Westward Ho gig days came by for a surprise visit. It was great to see them. Then on Sat. we were called unexpectedly to cover because the band that was booked had an accident and could not go on. So we packed and ran to the gig back at the Brass Lounge. It was so much fun. The place was packed and the people were there to party. And that we did. We will be back in April at the Brass Lounge. Meanwhile we will take our monthly drive out to Amaragosa's Longsteet Casino and then back to Henderson at the El Dorado Casino. Come on out and join the fun!

The Party Is Still Going On . . .
We are having a great time playing some new venues. Such as the Brass Lounge above Hennessy's on Fremont street downtown Las Vegas. We just finished playing 4 days out in Jean, NV at the Goldstrike. What a fun crowd. We hope to have some future bookings out there. Keep checking our events for updates.

Happy New Years
We had a good time over at the Juke Joint. They have only been open for about 6 weeks. It is a cute establishment with pool tables, gaming and a yummy menu. MMMM Sweet potatoe fries! This was their first time having music and the crowd was thrilled. We enjoyed playing there and the atmosphere is friendly. Check it out if you get over to that side of town.

Happy Holidays
I hope everyone is having a safe and fun Holiday. Charlie and I have some time off right now, but we are getting lots of calls for Jan. and Feb. Check back with us for our new schedule. We had a great time in Hollywood and learned many things about the music business and A&R reps. Defining our style is our first course of business. Now those of you who have seen our show knows how diverse we are. We love all types of music and it is hard to pick one. So drop us a line and let us know what you think our style is. Happy Halloween! We are busy getting some new originals out. Check out the new song Dirty Rider. We will be heading to Hollywood, CA for our annual convention to meet with A/R reps.
